Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Dmitrii Nevzorov, a self-employed individual (trabajador autónomo) established in Spain, NIF Y4075577Z, registered address Paseo del Muelle Uno, s/n, 29016 Málaga (Andalusia, Spain), contact support@dynotable.com ("DynoTable", "we", "us") — see our Legal Notice for full provider details. These Terms govern your use of the DynoTable desktop application ("the App"), the website at dynotable.com, and related licensing and support services (together, "the Services"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

  • App — the DynoTable desktop application.
  • Subscription — a paid plan granting access to the App for a billing period.
  • Your AWS Account — the Amazon Web Services account(s) and DynamoDB tables you connect to using credentials you supply.
  • Your Content — the data in Your AWS Account that you access, view, or modify through the App.
  • Consumer — a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

2. Licence

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your internal business or personal use, for the number of seats in your Subscription. This is a licence, not a sale; we retain all rights not expressly granted.

You may not, and may not permit others to: (a) resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the App; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; (c) circumvent licensing, seat limits, or usage controls; (d) remove proprietary notices; or (e) use the App to build a competing product.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Authentication and identity are provided through our authentication provider; your use of those features is also subject to that provider's terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing, trials, and cancellation

  • Trials. We may offer a free 30-day trial. At the end of the trial, paid features stop unless you subscribe.
  • Fees and renewal. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the prices shown on the pricing page. Prices are listed in USD; you are charged in your local currency where supported, otherwise in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payment provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. We are the direct seller (merchant of record); we are not a reseller platform. Your use of the payment flow is also subject to Stripe's terms.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to be able to try DynoTable without risk. If you are not satisfied, email support@dynotable.com within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. This is on top of the free trial and of any mandatory consumer rights you have (see section 6). For later renewals we will always consider a reasonable refund request.
  • Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply from your next renewal and we will give you reasonable advance notice. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Taxes and invoicing

  • Taxes. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout (via Stripe Tax) based on your location. For consumers, displayed prices include any applicable VAT. Business customers with a valid EU VAT identification number can enter it to apply the reverse-charge mechanism.
  • Invoicing. We issue an electronic invoice for each payment.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a Consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU; Spanish TRLGDCU, RDL 1/2007). To withdraw, simply tell us — for example, email support@dynotable.com — within 14 days of your purchase, and we will refund you without undue delay. We do not ask you to waive this right.

Separately and more generously, our 30-day money-back guarantee (section 4) lets any customer request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for non-conformity.

7. Your AWS Account, Your Content, and your responsibilities

This section is important. The App is a local-first tool that connects directly from your device to Your AWS Account using credentials you supply.

  • Authority. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to access and modify Your Content and to use the AWS credentials you provide.
  • Destructive operations. The App can create, edit, and delete data in Your AWS Account, including in production tables. You are solely responsible for the operations you perform. We strongly recommend you maintain independent backups (e.g. point-in-time recovery) before performing write or delete operations.
  • No liability for data changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unintended modification of Your Content resulting from operations you (or your team) perform through the App.
  • AWS charges. All AWS usage and charges arising from your use of the App (reads, writes, scans, indexing) are your responsibility and are governed by your agreement with AWS. We are not a party to that relationship.
  • Credentials and data stay local. We do not receive, store, or have access to Your AWS credentials or Your Content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to: violate any law; access data you are not authorised to access; infringe others' rights; transmit malware; or interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or our systems.

9. Intellectual property; feedback

We and our licensors own all rights in the App, the Site, and their content. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the Services, without obligation to you.

10. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (including AWS, Stripe, and our authentication, hosting, and diagnostics providers). Your use of those services through DynoTable is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet your requirements. If you are a Consumer, this section does not exclude or limit the statutory warranties and remedies you have under mandatory consumer law, which apply in addition to these Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNOTABLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF YOUR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including the mandatory rights of Consumers, which are not affected by this section.

14. Indemnification

If you are not a Consumer, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or your unauthorised access to or modification of any data.

15. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive.

16. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify the Services and these Terms. For material changes to the Terms, we will provide reasonable notice and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

17. Governing law, consumers, and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

  • If you are a Consumer, you benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of those protections. You may bring proceedings in, and are protected by, the courts of your place of residence.
  • If you are not a Consumer, the courts of Málaga, Spain have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • EU Online Dispute Resolution. If you are an EU consumer, you may submit a dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also contact us first at support@dynotable.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms (with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale; you may not assign them without our consent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
